These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bb22 platform and all its services. This document forms a binding agreement between the member ("you") and bb22 ("we", "our"). By accessing the platform or opening an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person or family member's name, from the same IP address, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all related accounts may be permanently closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Information
You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. If an account is opened with incorrect or misleading information, it may be closed during verification. If any personal details change after registration, you must inform bb22 through customer support.

2.4 Account Verification

Account Security
3.1 Protecting Login Details
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. bb22 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or phone. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited — you are fully responsible for any activity carried out by someone else using your account.
3.2 Suspicious Activity
If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact bb22 customer support immediately. bb22 will not be held responsible for any loss if suspicious activity is not reported in time. bb22 may temporarily suspend an account at any time in the interest of security.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All deposits and withdrawals on bb22 are handled exclusively through these methods. Cryptocurrency or any other method is not accepted.
4.2 Limits and Timing
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is incomplete.
4.3 Source of Funds
You confirm that the funds deposited come from a legitimate source and are your own. bb22 will immediately cancel any transaction linked to money laundering or other financial crimes and will report it to the relevant authorities.
4.4 Account Matching
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit, which must be registered in the member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Before withdrawing, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; before withdrawal, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.
5.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses
bb22's active bonus list includes:
- bb22 Weekly Reload Reward: 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳200.
- bb22 Cricket Festival Bonus: 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳3,000, wagering 15x; applies to the sports section.
- bb22 Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳1,500, wagering 10x; for verified account holders.
- bb22 Refer a Friend Reward: up to ৳2,000, wagering 12x; applies when the referred friend makes their first deposit.
- bb22 Friday Reload Offer: 25% deposit bonus, up to ৳4,000, wagering 18x; once every Friday.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled and any winnings earned from the bonus may be forfeited. Each bonus must be claimed separately and multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated in the relevant terms. Bets placed from the bonus balance on certain games may not count towards the wagering requirement.
A bonus is not guaranteed money. Read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus. It is not possible to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fairness of Game Results
All game results on bb22 are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fully automated and impartial. Slots, live casino, and sports betting all use the game provider's own technology. If a fault is found in the game software, bb22 reserves the right to void the affected round.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, server error, or other technical issues, bb22 will make reasonable efforts to compensate. However, the member is responsible for any issues caused by their own internet connection.
6.3 Odds and Market Changes
Odds and markets in sports betting may change at any time. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed apply, not any subsequent changes. In live betting, the member is responsible for checking the odds again before a bet is accepted.
6.4 Maximum Win Limits
Maximum win limits may apply to certain games and bonus promotions. Details will be stated in the description of the relevant game or promotion.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bb22:
7.1 Fraudulent Activities
- Placing artificial bets with the intent of exploiting the bonus system for gain
- Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once
- Colluding with other members to influence betting outcomes
- Using software or bots to place bets automatically
7.2 Misuse of the Platform
- Attempting to access the system through hacking or cyber attacks
- Collecting or misusing other members' personal information
- Attempting to verify an account using false information or forged documents
- Using bb22's trademark or brand without authorisation
If any of the above activities are detected, bb22 may immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by bb22
bb22 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms
- Failure to complete account verification or providing false information
- Involvement in fraudulent activities
- Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months)
- Directions from financial regulatory authorities
8.2 Member's Right to Close

Limitation of Liability
